Guess what? It's that time! I've studied my geography; I have learned a few German words; I know what the weather will be like; we are packed; the boarding passes are printed--I guess we are ready. Take me to the airport and let's get this show on the road!
Soon we will board the MS Allegro on the Elbe River in Germany. We have not been to the "old" East Germany before, so this is a new adventure.
We will start in Hamburg and wend our way through Berlin, Wittenburg, Dresden, Meissen (and a few other places too) before we reach Prague in the Czech Republic. We are a group of 8 so I know we will have a grand time. Watch this spot for pictures and commentary.
