License Plates

I "collect" license plates--well pictures of license plates. Yesterday I got a rare one: Monaco. It's not a member of the EU so it has a distinctive and different design from the other plates in Europe. We have traveled all over Europe and have never seen the plate before either (that's why I called it rare).
